Sam and the Silver Stones
In between going to school and applying for the Watson Fellowship, I also illustrated a book during my senior year of college. While I have been traipsing the world, coauthors Mary Kuechenmeister and Brinker Ferguson have been hard at work getting our book published and on bookshelves.
Sam and the Silver Stones is an art history mystery that will introduce children to the meaning of imagination and creativity.

MyBatik Magazine
Emilia Tan is a premier batik artist in Malaysia who has agreed to allow me to write for her international MyBatik Magazine.
This is how I will share the knowledge I gain with the rest of the world and thus expand my Watson Fellowship to include the global batik community.
